It has white sandy beaches, promenades and sites such as the Statue of Christ that looks over the city. Rio is also alive at night with many bars, restaurants and night-clubs. The sounds and colours produced by the Samba Schools during the Carnival is a show not to be missed.

Weather 

Tour 1 - Corcovado Tour (3 hours) - Ride to the top of Corcovado Mountain by train. Panoramic view of the city. Visit the Tijuca Forest and the Taunay Cascade. Return to hotel passing by São Conrado and southern Rio beaches.

Tour 2  - Sugar Loaf Tour (3 hours) - Ascend by cable car to the Sugar Loaf Mountain. Driving through Flamengo Park and downtown. Also visiting the Metropolitan Cathedral, samba stadium and view of architectonic monuments of Rio.

Tour 3  - Full Day Tour Corcovado and Sugar Loaf (7 hours) - Full-day tour, combination of tours above, including lunch at one of the famous "churrascarias" (barbecue restaurants).

Tour 4 - Tropical Island Tour (8 hours) - A schooner cruise across the Itacurussa Bay bringing you to a Tropical Island, with white soft sand and clear water. A tropical lunch is served during the tour.

Tour 5  - Petropolis Tour (8 hours) - located in the Organ Mountains going up a beautiful winding highway, stopping for a chance to see the pottery for which Petropolis is famous. Cobblestone streets, horse and buggies, tree-lined squares, once the summer capital of Brazil. Visit the Emperor's Palace, now the Imperial Museum housing the crown jewels, antiques and treasures from the past. Also visit  the Neo-Gothic Cathedral with the Royal Tombs, the Goat Square and the Flower Clock.
           
Tour 6 - Rio by Night (4 hours) - Dinner will be served at one of Rio's excellent restaurants. Then a Samba Show, where "mulatas" exhibit the intricate steps of Brazilian samba and dances and "batuqueiros" produce an intoxicating beat with exotic percussion instruments. At show-house Plataforma One.
               

Tour 7 - Tour to the beautiful Angra dos Reis or Ilha Grande driving through the lush vegetation and then cruising and swimming in the beatuiful waters surrounding the tropical islands and beautiful coast south of Rio. Ocean bathing and lunch included.
